Can you send samples so I can test the quality before ordering?
Yes. LashPlus sells sample trays direct from the factory - no inquiry needed, order online. Sample price is $4.50 per tray. You can pick any thickness from 0.03mm to 0.20mm, curls C, C+, D and D+, lengths 7-25mm, plus mixed-length trays. Maximum 2 trays of each and 20 trays per order, so you can test a wide spread cheaply.
What is the MOQ for private label / custom logo orders?
Sample orders have no MOQ - just 2 trays of each, 20 per order. For production with your own logo the MOQ is 100 trays per order and 5 trays per spec. Most customers test with samples first, then move to a private-label run.
Are the lash samples free, or do I need to pay for them?
Samples are paid: $4.50 per tray, plus shipping ($19 economy 5-8 business days, $29 DHL/FedEx 3-5 days). Paying for samples keeps the range wide - you can test 20 different specs for under $120 delivered instead of being limited to whatever a free-sample program hands out.
Is the shipping really flat rate, or will I be charged by weight?
Flat rate, no weight surcharge. $19 economy (5-8 business days) or $29 DHL/FedEx (3-5 business days) covers any sample order up to the 20-tray maximum, to any of the 47 countries we ship to. Trays are packed rigid so they cannot be crushed in transit — that packing pushes a full 20-tray box past the carrier's first-weight bracket, and we absorb the difference rather than invoice you afterwards. The number you see at checkout is the number you pay.
Do you have a catalogue where I can see all products and prices first?
The sample shop itself is the catalogue: 8 thicknesses, C/C+/D/D+ curl, 7-25mm lengths, 12 rows per tray, with live stock and a fixed $4.50 price on every tray. Anything outside that range (B/J/L+ curls, YY, camellia, flat double-tip, coloured) is available on WhatsApp.
