How many rows are on a tray, and how are mixed lengths distributed?
There is no industry standard row count. 12, 16, 18 and 20 are all normal - it is a merchandising decision on your side, because it sets how much product sits behind your retail price. Sample trays here are 12 rows. On a mixed tray each row is printed with its own length - a 0.07 D MIX tray runs 8mm x1, 9mm x2, 10mm x2, 11mm x2, 12mm x2, 13mm x1, 14mm x1 across 12 rows. The distribution is printed on the tray, so a reorder reproduces the same tray.
