The delivery address is collected on the secure Stripe page, after you press Checkout. If you need to change it after paying, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will catch the parcel before it is packed.

The tracking number is emailed to you when the parcel leaves our factory in Qingdao. No need to chase a sales rep for it.
