No mink, no silk, no fur, no animal-derived material anywhere in the tray, and we do not test on animals. Cruelty-free is a different thing - it is a certification, not a material fact, and we do not hold one. We keep the two words apart instead of letting them blur.

(2) Apply in your brand's name - you are the applicant, because the certificate cannot be issued to a factory. (3) Send us the supplier form with your order; it comes back signed with your samples, together with a supplier declaration that no animal testing is carried out on the materials we supply, a material composition statement showing 100% PBT with no animal-derived content, and a supply chain statement naming fibre origin and production location. (4) Once certified, send us the certification mark and it is printed on your tray card and packaging next to your own brand logo, on the same print run - no second setup fee.
Sample orders have no MOQ - just 2 trays of each, 20 per order. For production with your own logo the MOQ is 100 trays per order and 5 trays per spec. Most customers test with samples first, then move to a private-label run.

There is no industry standard row count. 12, 16, 18 and 20 are all normal - it is a merchandising decision on your side, because it sets how much product sits behind your retail price. Sample trays here are 12 rows. Our 12-row MIX trays run 8-15mm, and the ladder is the same on every one: 8mm x1, 9mm x2, 10mm x2, 11mm x2, 12mm x2, 13mm x1, 14mm x1, 15mm x1 - twelve rows. Each row is printed with its own length, so the spread is on the card in front of you and a reorder reproduces the same tray.
